Also, this is a  system proven over the last few millennia. We may benefit from the results of work and experiences of our predecessors and teachers. We do not have to rediscover something that has already been discovered long ago. The history of Tai Chi Kung goes back 7000 years, because the original basic layout of the Father Form was developed, thanks to Master Red Pine exactly then, and the final (todays) version of the form was concluded by Chang San Feng about 800 years ago.
Our teacher, Master Ming Wong C.Y. is the authority on Tai Chi Kung excersises, ancient taoist feet reflexology On Zon Su, taoist tradition of "Gong" school and many more taoist art. He is also an educated in China and still practicing doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. Most of these skills he studied and possessed as a  child on the base of tradition upheld by his family for generations.
Practicing under tuition of such a  teacher is like drinking cristal clear water straight from the spring.

And this is how we practice nowadays in Poland, 2300 years later.  One can notice the advancements with a naked eye. :-)

In the self growth process time and the proper role models ( teachers and their lineage) are of utmost importance.
We try, as best we can, to model our predecessors and teachers but also we create our own reality and style of praciticing ourselves.
